ZALDASTANI Tip 1: Passion and Commitment

Do you know: Venture Capitalist reject 98% of the business deal presented to them.

Tip 1: Never let a "No" get in the way of your success. Even after all of Walt Disney's successes in the late forties and early fifties, he experienced bankruptcy and could not raise funds for Disneyland, but he endured and build an institution. Disney said it best, "If you can dream it, you can do it."

Bottom line: Passion and commitment are two of the most important ingredients to a great entrepreneur and a great investment opportunity.

  1. I have been a follower of Tony Robbins for nearly 20 years...and we all know that he ends every one of his talks with his key quote; "Live With Passion!" So, after having this drilled to me for so long I'm starting to embody this attitude.

Yet, you know, sometimes life has a way to throw you a curve ball when you least expect it. Luckily there are guys like Nicholas out there who emanate passion, commitment and confidence to a point that they radiate onto others.

I’m fortunate to have known Nick for several months. So lately, when I reached out to him for advice, not only was he quick to respond - he called me back within minutes - but he offered me a solution very simple and yet so powerful. In just 5 minutes he was able to offer me advice that was obviously premised on a lifetime of business experience and savvy.

When life corners you, it's great to know that people like Nick can help you out of your rut.

    Thanks Nicholas!

  2. Nicholas freely shared his opinions about prudent investing with me after we met at CEO Space 310. He offered a 3 part seminar in his room as a way of mentoring others. He is one of the "good guys" and embodies cooperation, rather than competition.
